Shipping process:


All orders will be processed and shipped subject to inventory availability, and validation of a proper shipping address and other information. Orders received after 4 p.m. Alftonic Computers will be processed the next business day. Inventory, credit, or other issues may delay shipment.

No holiday, Saturday, or Sunday delivery. Shipping policy is subject to change.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours to process your order if there are any issues with the credit approval process and/or the shipping address validation process. This 24 hours is not included in the delivery time and should be taken into account in your order placement timing.

Delivery signatures may be required. Actual delivery date may also be affected by government processing. Shipping is just for USA continental territory.

We have shipping service available for Metropolitan area: Maryland and Virginia states and Washington District Of Columbia in the United States of North America.


RETURN POLICY:


Alftonic Computers offers a return policy for merchandise purchased directly from our online store alftonic.com. You can return or exchange your device during the return and exchange period.

Merchandise Return Period You have 14 days after purchase (or shipping date, if merchandise is shipped).

Merchandise Condition All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition with no physical or water damage and in the manufacturer's original packaging. You also must include original components including charger, manual, accesories, and a copy of the invoice or receipt. If anything is missing or merchandise is not in like-new condition, your return may not be accepted. Merchandise may be returned just for technical problems such as defects in size, accesories and workmanship.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: Broken items Cosmetic blemish items Items not bought directly from our online store (alftonic.com).

Any merchandise with the following problems will not be considered for return or exchange: Merchandise that have been physically damaged due to customer usage. Merchandise that have not been returned within the 14 days warranty period.

Merchandise that have had any type of water damage. Water damage can create different types of malfunctions, .
Any Merchandise that has water damage will be returned to the customer with no replacement.

Any Merchandise that has the Warranty Sticker removed from the packaging or any accesorie.

How to Return the merchandise: Fill out RMA form and submit for revision process (click here for RMA form) RMA Number: Packages sent to Alftonic Computers Computers without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside packaging will be refused delivery and returned to the sender without being processed for RMA.
